Job Summary: Looking for an Event Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
- Understand event objectives, target audience, as well as desired outcomes
- Assist in developing comprehensive event strategies, concepts, as well as themes that resonate with the audience and align with organizational objectives
- Create event budgets, timelines, and project plans to ensure smooth execution from inception to conclusion
- Conduct research, identify, and negotiate contracts with suitable venues for events
- Manage all logistical aspects of the events
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event-related materials and services are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop marketing plans to promote events through various channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials
- Provide exceptional customer service to attendees, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Foster relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their objectives aligned
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Should hold relevant qualifications with practical experience in events management
- Good project management and organizational skills
- Should have a creative thinking and ability to conceptualize unique event ideas
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent budget management and negotiation skills required
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools
