The Team
The ENTERTAINER Business Teamxe2x80x99s mission is to help our clients deliver the best engagement solutions for their customers and staff while establishing the ENTERTAINER business as a leader in the rewards and loyalty industry.
This is Sales and Account Management role.
The Sales Executive will have the following skillsxe2x80xa6
- Ability to actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking
- Conduct market scanning to identify selling possibilities across industries
- Target SMEs, and large corporates and lead conversion to sales
- Set up meetings with potential clients, prepare pitch presentations and commercial models
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Achieve sales figures in line with expectations and targets.

Experience required
- 4+ years of B2B Sales and Partnership experience, perferably in Software, Digital Space, Applications, Loyalty and CRM space.
- You should be fluent in English; Arabic language is mandatory
- Self-motivated,
must have proven track record at growing revenue within the specified region
- Strong client presence: the ability to develop trusted relationships with clients
- Experience in managing and closing sales pipeline
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Must be resourceful, adaptable and be able to work in a fast-pace, high pressure, constantly changing environment. Must adapt to external priorities changing rapidly and be able to shift operations without stress or resistance.
