A Human Resources Manager in a Tadbeer Center in the UAE plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the human capital within the organization. Tadbeer Centers in the UAE are established to facilitate the recruitment, documentation, and deployment of domestic workers, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing support to both employers and workers.

**Title**: Human Resources Manager

**Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment and Selection**:Coordinate and manage the recruitment process for staff, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

**Employee Documentation**:Oversee the documentation process for domestic workers,





ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Maintain organized records of employee documents, including visas, contracts, and other pertinent paperwork.

**Onboarding and Training**:Develop and implement onboarding programs for new domestic workers.
Coordinate training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of domestic workers in compliance with industry standards.

**Employee Relations**:Act as a mediator in employee disputes or conflicts, fostering a positive work environment.
Address and resolve employee grievances in accordance with company policies and labor laws.

**Compliance and Policy Implementation**:Stay updated on UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring the Tadbeer Center's compliance.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain a fair and ethical working environment.

**Performance Management**:Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve employee performance.






Provide guidance on career development and advancement opportunities for domestic workers.

**Health and Safety**:Ensure that health and safety standards are maintained within the Tadbeer Center.
Implement measures to promote the well-being of domestic workers.

**Record Keeping and Reporting**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records.
Generate regular reports on HR metrics, such as turnover, recruitment status, and training effectiveness.

**Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments within the Tadbeer Center to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.






- Relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in the recruitment or domestic labor sector.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- tadbeer center: 1 year (required)

**Language**:
