**Job description**
Photographer/Videographer Duties:
Property Photoshoots: Conduct professional and visually compelling photoshoots of our properties, both residential and commercial.
Capture high-quality images that highlight the key features and unique selling points of each property.
Use your photography skills to make properties look inviting and appealing to potential buyers and tenants.
Property Videography: Create engaging property tour videos that showcase the layout, design, and overall ambiance of our properties.
Utilize videography techniques to capture smooth and cinematic footage for property walkthroughs and promotional videos.
Drone Photography/Videography:
Utilize drone technology to capture stunning aerial views of properties and surrounding areas.
Create captivating drone videos that showcase the property's location and proximity to essential amenities.
Post-production Editing: Edit and retouch photos to ensure they are of the highest quality and align with our brand standards.
Edit and enhance videos, adding music, graphics, and text overlays to create compelling visual narratives.
Graphic Designer Duties:
Real Estate Marketing Materials: Design visually appealing brochures, flyers, and digital marketing materials to promote our properties and services.
Create floor plans and 3D renderings to provide comprehensive visual representations of properties.
Social Media and Online Presence: Develop eye-catching graphics and visuals for our social media platforms and website.
Design engaging social media posts, banners, and ads to attract potential clients and drive engagement.
Branding and Identity:
Ensure that all design work aligns with our brand identity and maintains a consistent and professional appearance.
Multimedia Presentations: Create multimedia presentations that combine photos, videos, and graphics to showcase properties to clients.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Photographer, Videographer, and Graphic Designer, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, as well as editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of real estate photography principles, lighting techniques, and composition.
- Ability to create visually stunning graphics and designs for various marketing materials.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative portfolio showcasing your real estate photography, videography, and graphic design work is required.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
