We are looking for a professional who is well experienced, energetic, and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills to join **Bandenia Homes Real Estate **as an **Assistant Portfolio Manager.**

**Job description**:
Real estate agents are licensed professionals who represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. They are responsible for guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, and providing expert advice and guidance along the way. The primary goal of a real estate agent is to help their clients achieve their real estate goals while ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and maintain a network of clients:





This involves marketing themselves and their services, building relationships with potential clients, and leveraging existing relationships to generate referrals.

Advise clients on market conditions: Real estate agents must have a deep understanding of market conditions and be able to advise clients on pricing, timing, and other factors that can impact a real estate transaction.

Guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process and be able to guide clients through every step of the real estate process, from identifying properties that meet their needs to negotiating offers, drafting contracts, and closing the deal.

Coordinate with other professionals: Real estate agents must work closely with other professionals, such as mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure that all are handled professionally & in accordance with legal requirements.

Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations including new regulations, emerging technologies, and shifts in market conditions.







**Qualifications**:
Active real estate license: Real estate agents must hold an active real estate license in the state in which they work.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales skills

Attention to detail

Knowledge of local market conditions

Professionalism and integrity

Real estate agents are typically paid on a commission basis, with a percentage of the sale or rental price going to the agent.

The amount of commission varies depending on the location & the type of property but is usually around 3-6% of the sale or rental price.

The actual earnings of a real estate agent can vary widely depending on factors such as their experience, the amount of business they generate,





and the types of properties they specialize in.

**Other**:
Driving license essential (UAE Based or easily convertible)

Any nationalities are welcome

Languages - English is compulsory written & spoken to European standards

Arabic / French / Spanish speaking is a bonus
