Bionix Clinic is in need of an Aesthetic Receptionist with previous experience in the same field, with the job responsibilities mention on below:
1. Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts. Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or refers inquiries.

2. Welcomes patients and visitors in person or on the telephone, and answering or refers inquiries.

3. Optimizes patients’ satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone.

4. Ensures availability of treatment information by filing and retrieving patient records.







5.Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes

6..Maintains business office inventory and equipment by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and scheduling equipment service and repairs.

7.Maintains operations by following policies and procedures, reporting needed changes.

8. Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information.

9.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- receptionist: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Arabic/English (preferred)
