We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Female Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team at MADI International. Specializing in hair care products, we are looking for someone passionate about beauty and personal care who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of hair care products to salons, spas, and retail outlets.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our hair care products.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the beauty or personal care industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Knowledge of hair care products and industry trends is an advantage.
- Valid driver's license in UAE.
