Job description

Responsibilities: Manage, produce, and design projects from brief to fulfillment. Develop and create highly creative, out-of-the-box themes and designs for proposals. Ensure consistency in clients corporate branding and requirements.

Discuss finalized ideas and concepts with the Sales & Marketing team in charge of the project. Create original 3D designs for short
- and long-term projects. Design pitches and presentations for the sales team. Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and industry developments. Produce high-quality 3D design presentations in line with deadlines.

Attend client meetings as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written, and audio/podcast).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a "social" way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed based on

insights and performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all platforms.

Graphic Design:

- Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics for use across digital and print media.
- Design and update marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers,





newsletters, and digital ads.
- Produce creative content for social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and are delivered on time.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns.

Photography & Videography:

- Edit and enhance photos and videos for use on social media, the website, and other marketing materials.
- Work closely with the
- team to understand

needs and ensure the visual content accurately reflects the outcomes and processes.
- Maintain and organize a digital library of visual assets for easv access and use.

**Skills**:
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.






- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager and/or

Graphic Designer.
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Excellent visual storytelling and content creation skills.
- Experience in photography and videography, including editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills,





with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
