Job Title: Project Manager - Interior Design and Fit-out
Location: Dubai

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of project management, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against them.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Manage project resources, including staff, materials, and equipment.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues.
- Prepare project reports and communicate project status to management.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Lead sales closure, handle inquiries and deliver technical presentations to clients
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or any related diploma.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design and fit-out works.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large and complex projects.
- Experience in business development and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in the UAE and knowledge of local regulations and laws is a plus
- PMP or other relevant certification is an advantage
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
