Zen Film Productions is a Dubai based boutique film and video production SME that focuses on curating content ranging from films, corporate videos, music videos and more for Middle Eastern and Asian markets.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments, shoots, etc.
- Working from CEO home office
- Maintenance tasks
- Manage all incoming and outgoing communications via phone calls, text, occasionally social media etc.
- Manage documents and book keeping (personal and corporate)
- Coordinating logistics for various scenarios e.g. arranging venue, dress fittings for parties or events, shoots etc
- Accompanying CEO for errands or other miscellaneous events (private and corporate)






- Performing market research to develop leads to assist CEO and Sales team
- Explaining clients about the Zen Film Productions' brand/brand identity as well as services/projects
- Managing and answering queries on CEO's social media

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Female
- Aged 24-35
- Speaks advanced level English
- Experience in sales, marketing, events and/or film production is a plus
- Lives in Dubai, UAE
- Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
- Dedicated
- A jack of all trades
- Ability to work during irregular timings (e.g. for short film and corporate shoots, events etc.), i.e. this job is not a regular 9-5- timings are 9:30 AM - 6.30 PM but occasionally be asked to work after hours depending on appointments and deadlines
- visa will be provided post probation period

Work timings can have a seasonal fluctuation and/or is dependent on meetings with clients or other commitments the CEO may ask you to join.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month

All common surfaces are sanitized, all employees hired must be COVID-19 negative.

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- sales/film/marketing: 1 year (preferred)
