Your role will be including but not limited to:
- Lead and inspire the sales team, setting and achieving revenue targets and strategic goals
- Develop and nurture client relationships to drive sales and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored proposals and packages
- Leverage your leasing expertise to identify and capitalize on business opportunities, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the leasing process
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of contracts, ensuring adherence to hotel policies and standards
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and identify new revenue streams
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and client functions
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment within the sales team
Ideally, you'll have some or all the following qualifications and experience we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in luxury hospitality with a background in leasing
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing sales team
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems and office software
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
