**Responsibilities**:
- Schedule management: Managing the individual's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, and ensuring they are aware of their daily agenda.
- Organization and filing: Maintaining and organizing documents, files, and records, both in physical and digital formats, to ensure easy retrieval and access.
- Note-taking and documentation: Taking notes during meetings, conferences, or important discussions, and preparing summaries or reports as required.
- Research tasks: Conducting research on various topics, gathering information,
and preparing reports or summaries based on the findings.
- Financial management: Assisting with managing personal finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, bill payments, and liaising with accountants or financial advisors.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent Russian
- Proven work experience as an Assistant in distribution company
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- High School degree
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.
