**Roberto’s Catering **a currently seeking a flexible and energetic Commis chef who has a strong background in Casual Italian dining restaurants to join our dynamic team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and execution of cold kitchen dishes, including salads, antipasti, crudo, and other appetizers.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient coordination during high-volume catering events.
- Display expertise in handling raw fish and seafood for crudo dishes, showcasing precision and finesse in knife work and plating.
- Uphold stringent food safety and hygiene practices, ensuring the cold kitchen station remains clean, organized, and compliant with all regulations.






- Adapt to varying event sizes and styles, efficiently adjusting production to meet the demands of each occasion.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in cold kitchen and crudo preparation, preferably in Italian restaurants or cuisines.
- Culinary education or relevant certification is an advantage.
- Previous Hotel or Restaurant experience is preferred.
- UAE experience is favored.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work odd hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate event schedules.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must. Additional languages are a plus.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
