**Job description**
- Provide expert guidance to clients regarding various company formation options available in the UAE, including mainland, free zone, and offshore company setups.
- Updating internal CRM and processes & Systems.
- Completing all administrative duties associated with roles as required.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable legal structure and jurisdiction based on their business requirements and goals.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation for company incorporation, licensing, and registration.
- Collaborate with the operation team to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations during the company formation process.
- Advise clients on capital requirements, shareholding structures,
and other financial aspects related to company setup.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in company formation laws, regulations, and procedures in the UAE.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Manage and organize the entire company formation process, from initial consultation to successful registration.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate the setup process and ensure a smooth transition for clients.
**Salary**: AED9,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
