Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments and employees. This may include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.

Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office. This involves maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities. Ensuring that the office is clean, well-organized, and all equipment is in working order.

Reception Duties: Greet visitors, clients, and employees as they arrive at the office. Direct them to the appropriate personnel or department and assist with any inquiries they may have.

Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases.





This may involve entering data into various systems, tracking office expenses, and keeping records of office activities.

Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences. This includes arranging venues, catering, and logistics.

Office Policies and Procedures: Ensure that office policies and procedures are followed by employees. Keep staff informed about any updates or changes to company policies.

Procurement: Assist in purchasing office supplies and equipment, as well as coordinating with vendors and managing inventory.

HR Support: Collaborate with the human resources department in tasks such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR-related processes.

Financial Tasks: May handle basic financial tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash management.

Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving issues that arise in the office, which may involve finding solutions to operational challenges or employee concerns.







Multitasking: Juggling various tasks and priorities efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain office productivity.

Team Support: Provide support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.

**Salary**: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
