A Leading Corporate services company is looking for **HR Manager** in Dubai.

**Job Title**: HR Manager

**Location**: Dubai, UAE
- **5+ Years of HR Management experience required**:

- **UAE Experience is must**:

- **Legal background or degree in law is a must**:

- **Corporate Services/Management Consultancy (preferred)**:

- **Hindi Speaking is required**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Lead employee development and performance management programs.
- Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.







**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in HR or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR management experience.
- UAE experience required
- Experience in Corporate services/Business Management preferred
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

- working in north or central India: 1 year (required)
- legal background: 2 years (required)
- working with a Business/Financial Consultancy: 2 years (required)
