As such, we’re looking for a Brand Manager to join our dynamic team within Coffee. As the Brand Manager for Gold and Cappuccino,





you will play an important part role in delighting target consumers through ensuring strong execution of brand plans.

**A DAY IN THE LIFE **
- Drives business growth in an accretive way across the region through the teams in the countries and relevant business partners
- Ensures consumer centricity, contributes and executes innovation pipeline while maintaining vibrancy via relevant renovation for his/her brands with the support of the different partner agencies
- Contributes to the development of consumer portrait and category strategy.
- Special focus on enhancing the online experience across touchpoints.
- Update and implement the consumer-brand ecosystem.
- Contributes to the development and executes strong, functionally aligned brand and ICP plan.
- Assisting in managing the P&L; of the brand.
- ATL and BTL marketing techniques.
- Contributes to the development of the ultimate brief, Big Idea and engagement strategies.
- Works in partnership with communication agencies to ensure implementation of the plan.






- Leads on data analysis from different research and reports to provide insights for brand plan development.
- Manages 60/40+ research and other research and packaging development.

**What will make you successful**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or 3 years in another function ideally in an equivalent FMCG or similar.
- Due to the nature of the Portioned category, entrepreneurial skills, strategic mindset is and "can do" attitude are required.
- Experience working on a regional scope is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic required.
