Job Description

**Languages: Hindi and English Speakers only**
**Experience Level: 4-5 years (Local or Home country)**

**HR Responsibilities**:

- Handle end to end recruitment process
- Responsible for creating all the onboarding documents, inductions and documentation of new employees
- Maintaining the database and documentation of all employees (HRMS/Folders)
- Coordinate & Making of payroll with the Branches every month
- Coordinate with the PRO on all the visa related processing
- Conduct exit interviews, Grievance handling & employee retention
- Handle all day to day HR activities and escalations

**Operations & Admin**






- Responsible for coordinating with all the sales staff and measure their performance on to a daily basis
- Coordinate with our GM on daily operational related discussions
- Overlook all the other branch operations in Admin, office maintenance, Accounts
- Responsible as an approval authority on various decisions in the branch
- Ensuring the smooth run of sales on to a daily basis and generation of profits
- Preferred Immediate Joiners

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
