Key Responsibilities :
- B2B Sales Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B sales and marketing strategy to grow partnerships with corporate clients, travel agencies, hotels, and event management companies.
- Client Acquisition :
Identify potential B2B clients and actively engage with them through direct marketing activities, including cold calling, networking events, and face-to-face meetings.
- Partnerships and Alliances : Establish strategic partnerships with complementary luxury brands and services to enhance MKV's presence and offer value-added services.
- Market Research : Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative marketing initiatives.
- Sales Targets : Set, track, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets, providing regular reporting on progress and performance.
- Event Participation : Represent MKV at trade shows, networking events,
and industry conferences to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
- Budget Management : Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver maximum ROI.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery for B2B clients.
Ideal Profile
Requirements :
- Experience : Minimum of 5 years of sales and marketing experience in the luxury car rental, automotive, or high-end hospitality industries, with a strong focus on B2B.
- Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in generating and closing B2B sales through direct marketing efforts.
Skills :
- Strong understanding of direct marketing tactics and B2B lead generation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales data and optimize performance.

Education :

- Driving License : Valid UAE driving license required.
