We are recruiting a 'Retail Lease Contract Manager' for one of our clients based in Sharjah, UAE.

Key Responsibilities :

- Evaluate lease proposals and negotiate terms to secure favorable outcomes for the company
- Draft, review, and revise lease agreements, amendments,





and related documents to ensure clarity and adherence to company standards
- Collaborate with legal counsel to minimize risks and address potential issues within lease agreements
- Ensure the timely execution of lease documents and adherence to internal approval processes
- Perform financial analyses of lease agreements to evaluate their impact on the company’s financial performance, including cash flow, ROI, and cost-benefit assessments
- Monitor rent payments, operating expenses, and common area maintenance (CAM) charges to ensure accuracy and compliance with lease terms
- Support the development of leasing strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market opportunities
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and internal teams to promote effective communication and collaboration

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or a related field
- Over 5 years of experience in retail lease management, commercial real estate,





or property management
- In-depth knowledge of real estate principles, leasing strategies, and financial analysis
- Strong negotiation skills with a proven history of successful lease agreements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Arabic is preferred

Requirements

Must be an Arabic speaker Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales Administration / Operations within a real estate company Experience with Sale and Purchase Agreements (SPA) is essential
