**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate, with a minimum of 5 years local market experience.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.






- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Real estate license or relevant certifications preferred.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for success and results-oriented approach.
- Fluent in English
- Second language if any is a plus
