A civil project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, from initial planning and design to final completion and closeout. The primary duties of a civil project manager may include:

1 . - Planning and Design: The civil project manager is responsible for developing project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. They work with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is designed to meet all necessary specifications and requirements.

2 . - Budgeting and Cost Control: The civil project manager is responsible for managing the project budget, ensuring that costs are controlled and that the project is completed within budget. They must also manage any changes to the project scope or design that may impact the budget.

3 . - Contractor and Vendor Management: The civil project manager is responsible for selecting and managing contractors and vendors for the project. This includes negotiating contracts, managing subcontractors,

Qualifications

Eligibility-

- Bachelorxe2x80x99s or masterxe2x80x99s degree in civil engineering.
- 5-7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in related field.
- Good in communication both verbal and written.
- Sharp attention to detail.

- Meticulous and diligent attributes.
- Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
