SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (ADVERTISING AGENCY)

**Job Description**:
- New Business Development; Developing new business relationships, generating and negotiating new income for the company across UAE and Middle East
- Identify target companies/brands and their agencies across the region and preparing sales presentations and driving sales pitches
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets
- Business development and achieving of sales targets.
- Managing, reviewing progress and delivering the client’s advertisement projects.
- Act as a brand custodian for the clients and brands, and deliver the output as per the brand guidelines and clients’ brief
- Conducting meetings with the clients as well as informing them about the current work status of their projects.
- Develop and maintain potential database of the clients
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by the sales department.
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients.
- Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Job Specifications
- Interest/Education in Advertising, sales and Marketing.
- Min Experience of 2 Years is a must.
- Experience in Events, Sales Advertising & Marketing would be an Added Advantage.
- Experience in Customer Service and Brand Marketing.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
Monthly Compensation: Upto AED 4000-6000 Per Month + Incentives
Visa & Health Insurance will be provided

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
