Maintain the daily accounts and administrative task.
- Manage / monitor daily office operation.
- Manage the day-to-day Petty Cash system.
- Prepare quotations, lpo, invoices, petty cash & others.
- Prepare proposals & contracts.
- Prepare monthly reports.
- Preparation and processing of payroll.
- Basic Human Resources tasks.
- Responsible for providing secretarial service.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals
- Conduct other general accounting duties, as assigned.
- Managing and supporting office related works.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 25-30 years old
- Excellent written and verbal English Communication.
- 2-3 years relevant working experience or in the same role.
- Keen to details
- Deadline-Oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
- Can work under pressure of time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,200.00 per month
**Experience**:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
