We are looking for **Architect Project Manager** having experience in **CONSULTANCY** firm. A Project Manager is a professional who is responsible for all technical and engineering aspects of their assigned projects. They plan, schedule, predict, and manage all the technical tasks of their assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.

**Job brief**

We are looking for an accountable Project Manager to be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource and manage all the technical activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion.

**Responsibilities PROJECT MANAGER ARCHITECT**:






Project manager architects oversee the design and construction of commercial, industrial, and residential building projects. After meeting with clients and stakeholders, project architects create the initial project design, prepare budgets, and oversee the construction process.
- Meeting with clients and stakeholders to discuss construction designs.
- Drafting building plans for commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.
- Preparing budgets, material documents, and specification lists for client approval.
- Acting as an intermediary between the client and the construction team.
- Overseeing building contractors and construction crews.
- Visiting the site regularly to ensure construction adheres to state regulations.
- Ensuring the project remains on time and within specifications.
- Creating progress reports, time schedules, and revised budgets.
- Conducting a final inspection after the project is complete.

**Requirements and skills**






- **8+ years** prior working experience as a Project Manager in UAE.
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD and other systems Revit, SketchUp, Lumion etc.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Project management and supervision skills
- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Current engineer license (Municipality Card and Society of Engineers Card)
- Time management and organization skills
- BS degree in Engineering or relevant field

**Location: Dubai**

**Salary**: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
