Assistant Sales Manager

**Main Job Responsibilities**:

- Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Implements all sales action plans related to the market areas.
- Develop and promote product image and awareness by direct mail campaigns and attendance of key travel and tourism tradeshows.
- To meet and exceed sales targets set in the monthly and yearly forecasts.
- Work closely with Revenue Manager/in-charge to ensure proposed rate negotiations to achieve the set financial goals.
- Analyze and update the current client base as per the current market.
- Other responsibilities assigned by the top management.

**Qualification**:

- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.






- Result oriented who can deliver and achieve targets.
- Bachelor degree
- At least 2 years’ proven success in a similar role and environment.
- Previous leadership experience within hospitality is an asset
- Locally available in UAE and preferably can join immediately
- UAE valid driving License is a must.

**Salary**: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
