**Registered Nurse (DHA) - Arabic Female Only**
**Responsibilities**:
- Patient Care:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients according to established medical protocols and standards of care.
- Assess patient health status and implement appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and condition, and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with physicians, other healthcare professionals, and support staff to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members to discuss patient progress, treatment plans, and discharge needs.
- Participate in patient care conferences and contribute valuable insights to improve patient outcomes.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing assessments, care plans, and progress notes.
- Document all nursing interventions, medications administered, and patient responses in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
- Compliance:
- Adhere to all DHA regulations, policies, and guidelines governing nursing practice and patient care.
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and quality assurance measures.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on best practices, advancements in nursing care, and regulatory changes.
- Patient Advocacy:
- Advocate for patients' rights, dignity, and well-being throughout their healthcare journey.
- Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and compassionately, seeking resolution through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Valid DHA license as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a medical center or hospital setting.
- Proficiency in clinical assessments, medication administration, and nursing procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in nursing practice.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
Pay:
From AED1.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Jumeirah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Eligibility letter or DHA (preferred)
