**Job Title: Property Manager**
**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Company Overview: The Property Real Estate** is a leading real estate firm in Dubai, dedicated to providing exceptional property management services. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of properties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties in Dubai.
- Handle tenant relations, including inquiries, complaints, and conflict resolution in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance, safety, and adherence to regulations.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors,
and vendors to address repairs, renovations, and property improvements.
- Negotiate leases, prepare rental agreements, and enforce lease terms while ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Monitor property budgets, expenses, and financial records to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on property performance, including occupancy rates, financial statements, and maintenance activities.
- Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, legal requirements, and industry best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a Property Manager in the Dubai real estate market.
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate laws, regulations, and market practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Valid Real Estate Broker or RERA certification is advantageous.
