We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Media Buyer to join our team. The Media Buyer will be responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various media channels. This role requires a keen understanding of audience targeting, media buying processes, and campaign performance analysis to ensure maximum ROI for our clients.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Media Strategy Development:* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive media strategies that align with client goals and budgets.
- *Campaign Management:* Monitor and manage campaigns, adjusting as necessary to optimize performance. This includes managing budgets, pacing, and creative adjustments.
- *Performance Analysis:* Analyze and report on campaign performance, using data to make informed decisions and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- *Market Research:* Stay informed about industry trends, audience behavior, and competitive landscape to inform media buying decisions.
- *Compliance and Documentation:* Ensure all campaigns comply with legal regulations and industry standards, maintaining thorough documentation of all media buys.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer or similar role in a media agency or in-house marketing team.
- Proficiency in media planning and buying tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, programmatic platforms).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Experience with programmatic buying and DSP platforms.
- Familiarity with offline media buying, including TV, radio, and print.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
