Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks






- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
- Reviewing and Evaluating the Contracts and proposals
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Active site coordination with main/sub-contractors and consultants to facilitate the progressive completion of all IT/ELV systems and physically review all the work done and certify them.
- Conducting weekly progress meeting with all concerned parties to understand and discuss the challenges and progress
- Prepare and submit a summarised weekly report to the concerned departments/leaders
- Verify any upcoming variations or additional scope of works submitted by the Consultants/contractor
- Continuous coordination between the hotel operators and IT contractor to avoid any future changes and comply to the standards of operator.
- Direct contact with various principal vendors would be an additional benefit in the cases of escalation during the project testing and commissioning







Take over the systems from respective contractors and hand over the same to hotel operator.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
