Order Processing: Process and manage orders received from customers. Enter order details accurately into the system, ensure timely order fulfillment, and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to arrange delivery.
- Customer Support: Serve as a point of contact for customers, providing information about products, pricing, and availability. Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track product availability, and coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.
- Sales Reporting: Generate sales reports, analyze sales data, and provide insights to the management.
- Coordination with Other Departments:
Work closely with other departments like Design, finance, and operations to ensure a seamless flow of information and coordinate efforts to meet customer demands effectively.
- CRM Maintenance: Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information about customers, leads, and sales activities.
- Follow-up and After-sales Support: Follow up with customers after sales to ensure their satisfaction, address any issues, and foster long-term relationships.
- Administrative Tasks: The role involves various administrative duties, including maintaining sales records, handling paperwork, and organizing meetings and appointments for the sales team.
- Sales Analysis: Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help the sales team devise effective strategies.
- Managing social media accounts and coordinating digital marketing efforts.
**- Arabic speaker is preferred**
**- Applicants with Driver's License preferred**
**- Knowledge of Building construction and materials is a must.**
**- With Advance knowledge in MS Office and Photoshop is a must.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From AED3,000.00 per month
