Job Overview: As the E-Commerce Expert & Creative Social Media Manager, you will lead our online sales operations while spearheading our social media strategy. Your role will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our brand presence. You will be responsible for optimizing our e-commerce performance, enhancing the overall shopping experience,





and curating creative and unique social media posts that captivate our audience.

**Responsibilities**:
E-Commerce Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales and profitability goals, leveraging your expertise in e-commerce best practices.

Website Management: Oversee website layout, content, and product pages, ensuring they are optimized, user-friendly, and visually appealing.

Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Analyze user behavior, conduct A/B tests, and implement CRO strategies to increase conversions.

SEO and SEM: Drive organic traffic through SEO efforts and manage paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

Product Merchandising: Collaborate with the product team to optimize product listings and enhance visual storytelling.

Inventory Management: Ensure seamless stock management and timely replenishment to prevent stockouts.

Customer Experience: Continuously improve the online shopping experience to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Data Analysis:





Utilize analytics tools to track website performance and derive insights for data-driven decision-making.

Payment Gateway and Security: Ensure secure payment gateway integration for a smooth checkout experience.

Social Media Management: Design and implement a creative and engaging social media strategy across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.

Content Creation: Produce visually captivating posts, including images, videos, and infographics, that showcase our products and brand story.

Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community through interactive posts, discussions, and user-generated content.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as an E-Commerce Expert or similar role in the e-commerce industry.







Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and improving key e-commerce performance metrics.

Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, website management, and backend operations.

Proficiency in e-commerce analytics, SEO, SEM, and CRO strategies.

Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics and design.

Experience managing social media accounts with a track record of growing followers and engagement.

Excellent communication skills and ability to convey our brand's unique voice.

Problem-solving attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced e-commerce landscape.

**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
