**The Role**
The Account Executive - Digital plays a key role in the hands-on delivery of digital marketing services to a portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop creative, effective social media plans in line with client brief and targets.
- Manage clients’ social media channels and engagement on a day-to-day basis, including paid social media and optimization.
- Develop engaging, creative, innovative content and campaigns, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages for various clients within portfolio.
- Act as a key liaison point between the team and various clients, including attending meetings and regularly communicating with clients through other channels.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of influencers who can deliver campaign support.
- Coordinate and attend client events and provide hands-on support to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Monitor social media coverage and report results to the wider team and clients.
- Deliver analytics reports on social media coverage, traffic, engagement, followers and other relevant metrics.
- Work collaboratively with members of other teams (i.e. PR) to ensure smooth project delivery across teams.
- Develop photo shoot plans and provide art direction for social media calendars.
- Provide high quality, responsive and timely client services.
- Participate in ideation, pitches and other brainstorming activities to develop fresh ideas in support of business development.
- Engage in Qcademy and other learning & development opportunities, to enhance skills.
- Stay across market trends and developments to help Q and our clients stay at the forefront of our industry in the region.
**Skills/Experience**
Ideally you will have:
- A recognized tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or Digital Marketing.
- Ideally 2 years of local market experience in an agency.
- A strong interest in a career in the Communications/PR/Digital Marketing industry.
- Demonstrated experience and a strong interest in working with various social media platforms to grow clients’ social media communities.
- Creative flair and a demonstrated ability to use that to bring engaging social media content to life.
