**Property Coordinator**
- Maintain a constant updated stock of properties through cold-calling
- Preparing offer letters, issuing agreements & addendums based on negotiated terms.
- Be involved in all aspects for real estate administration, filing systems & specialty leasing and sales for the company.
- To effectively liaise with other departmental administrators and coordinators to ensure efficient real estate operations.
- Arrange property viewings for agents

**Requirements**:

- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Preferably Bilingual (English and/or Arabic)
- Russian is a plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience within Real Estate (Sales OR Leasing)
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office






- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

**Experience**:

- Real Estate: 1 year (required)

- Arabic (preferred)
