**Job description**
- Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
- Creating a positive onboarding experience for clients.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all operation activities
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensuring that the end objective in mind is achieved
**Job Requirements**:
- 1+ years of work experience in a customer service/operations position.
- Proficient knowledge of customer service, and standard office practices and procedures.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong people skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Outstanding organizational skills.
- **Available to work at shift (11 am to 8pm)**
**Location : DIP-1, Dubai**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month
