We are looking for an organized Real Estate Administrative Assistant to support our real estate team, with Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai Real Estate Admin role.
- REAL ESTATE ADMIN EXPERIENCE (1-2 YEARS) CANDIDATES ONLY
- Knowledgeable in Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle portal Listings and generating Listings reports.
- Coordinate with Developers for marketing material, registrations, renewals, and invoicing.
- Sound working knowledge & experience of Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Photoshop
- Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good in customer service calls & handling all client enquiries.
- Support accounts in transaction closings
- Excellent in filing & in Maintaining records
- Strong Follow up skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
- Team player, good at supporting & coordinating all the departments of the company
- Confident, smart, and pleasing personality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
