Job description
Maintain good relation with the customers.
Inspects vehicle to further analyses the problem.
Advises customer on necessary repairs and maintenance.
Issue job cards and hand to workshop team leader
Prepare repair estimates and advise customers for the needed repairs.
Informing customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready to be picked up
ََQualifications and Skills needed
Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
Should have excellent communication skills
Should possess a UAE driving license
Should have working experience in any garages in Dubai
