About the Role:

As the Assistant Manager, Front Office, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the front desk and guest services. You will be responsible for supervising and supporting the front office team, maintaining high standards of customer service, and maximizing guest satisfaction. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities:

- Assist the Front Office Manager in overseeing daily operations, including guest registration, room assignments,





and check-out procedures
- Train and mentor front office staff to deliver exceptional service and uphold brand standards
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Ensure accurate and efficient billing procedures, including the proper handling of cash and credit card transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Monitor room availability and manage reservations effectively
- Assist in managing and optimizing occupancy rates and room revenue
- Prepare and analyze reports related to front office operations and guest feedback
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees






- Assist in conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions

Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in a front office supervisory or managerial role within a luxury hotel environment
- Strong knowledge of hotel front office operations, including reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and guest services
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, team members, and other departments
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in hotel property management systems (PMS) and other relevant software






- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
