About the Job
Job Summary
Jumeirah Restaurants is looking for a skilled F&B; Multi-Media Content Creator to produce engaging and visually appealing content that showcases our brand & dining experiences across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of food and beverage trends, excellent photography and videography skills, and a knack for storytelling. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and a deep appreciation for the culinary arts.
Content Creation and Management
Original content creation,
conceptualizing and planning including text, video and images to be used for social media or any form of campaigns or communication.
Ability to plan and conduct a photography or videography on your own
Well versed in Canon or Sony cameras to produce high quality content
Knowledgeable in Food/drinks, Interior, Product and People photography
Knowledgeable in Food/drinks, Interviews, Events videography
Able to make Tik-tok style videos and Instagram reels, and stays up to date with content trends
Ensure high quality and creative content through video and photo editing using different production and design software.
Proper management and retention of videos and imagery
Well versed in video software such as Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
Well versed in photo editing software (Photoshop)
F&B; Operational Responsibility
Ensure presence during pre and post opening activity for new restaurant/bars openings.
Support operational requirements such as photoshoots and event coverage.
Educate other staff on the use of basic photography and video skills and promote its use within your company (in-house roles)
Maintain good communication with stakeholders (Chefs, Restaurant Managers, Director of F&B;, etc.)
Marketing Responsibility
Work with the marketing department to get an understanding of the short term and long term marketing targets and then develop content strategies accordingly
Creating content which will catch maximum customer interest
Brand Management
Implement brand standards that will be used consistently across F&B; outlets
Maintain consistency in content and ensure alignment with the brand history and plans
Develop best in class content for social media platform and other digital platforms, train capability and implementing across all F&B; outlets
Implement a best-in-class online brand experiences across desktop, mobile and tablet
Maintain corporate and brand image and reputation and develop the company's brands via suitable social and digital activities
Deliver and attend events programs, ensuring brand presence
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a content creator, preferably in the F&B; industry or a related field
Proficiency in spoken and written business English.
Creativity and innovation in food and beverage concepts & operations
Hands on experience in content management
Social media savvy with an in-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices
Multi-media Production
Skills
Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
Photo and video editing skills
Excellent copywriting skills
Knowledge of online marketing channels
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Time management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
