Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in buying & selling properties.
- Provide expert advice on current market conditions and property values.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals to achieve client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with property laws, regulations, and trends in Dubai's real estate sector.
- Effectively market properties through online platforms and offline channels.
Ideal Candidate :
- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Real Estate.
- 2-3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
- Fluency in minimum two languages (Arabic, English, Hindi, French, Spanish, or German)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-disciplined, and eager to build a career in real estate.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
- A team player with supportive attitude
