Position: Bakery and Pastry Chef
**Responsibilities**:
As our Bakery and Pastry Chef, you will play a pivotal role in our supermarket's bakery corner.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and baking a diverse range of traditional and innovative Filipins traditional bread and pastries, maintaining the highest quality standards.
2. Creatively designing new recipes and exploring trends to keep our bakery offerings fresh and appealing.
3. Ensuring proper inventory management, including ingredient stock and equipment maintenance.
4. Upholding strict hygiene and safety protocols in the bakery area.
5. Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and seamless customer service.
**Requirements**:
To be considered for this exciting role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience as a Bakery and Pastry Chef, with a strong background in creating Filipins traditional bread and pastries.
1. A deep passion for baking and a dedication to delivering exceptional products.
2. Knowledge of traditional and contemporary baking techniques.
3.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets.
4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality consistency.
5. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with the team and communicate with customers.
