Are you a fluent Arabic speaker with a knack for sales? Join our team as a Female Tele-sales Representative to drive our sales efforts forward. Your main role involves making outbound calls, engaging prospects, and converting leads into valuable sales. Build lasting customer relationships in this rewarding position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate outbound calls to generate sales leads and convert them into customers.
- Handle incoming inquiries, provide information about services, and address customer queries.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system to nurture strong relationships.
- Meet or surpass sales targets by identifying and pursuing opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Gain a deep understanding of our services and their competitive advantages.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in tele-sales or outbound sales preferred; customer service experience with a sales aptitude considered.
- Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- 1 year of tele-sales experience.
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving License (preferred)
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
