As a member of KENVUE Skin Health & Beauty team, this role will support the Africa, Middle East & Turkey (AMET) cluster Brand Manager and wider organization in **delivering operational and strategic objectives** of the team and partnering with all external partners and internal relevant functions to grow the brands’ sales.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Will be responsible for supporting the AMET Brand Manager in:
- o
**Market, consumer insights and c**
**ompetition monitoring**, online and offline and turn these insights into actions.
- o
**Liaising with external partners and internal cross-functional team** for campaigns and new product launches
- o
**Deliver brand strategy** ensuring the brand’s vision and strategic imperatives are aligned to the overarching business / category strategy.
- o Putting commercial
**plans into action** to increase sales
- o
**Developing consumers and shopper communications**
- o
**Work on agency briefs**
- o
**Tracking performance measures** monthly
- o
**Social media community management** for the assigned brands: content planning and posting, replies to consumers enquiries in a timely manner etc.
- Analyzing digital metrics provided to recommend **optimization of the content based on performance**
- o
**Launching new website/ revamp current website**
- o
**Budget management** (PO process, tracking etc...)
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Good command of English and Arabic (both verbal and written).
- Passionate about everything beauty and active on social media.
- Ability to work in a global, matrix organization: good communication and presentation skills; ability to collaborate and partner with people from different functions.
- Numerate with strong planning, analytical and data analysis skills, with excellent attention to detail and high willingness to learn.
- Proficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
- Internship program is full time (5 days/week)
