We're currently seeking a talented Draftsman to join our team immediately in bringing creative visions to life.
Landscape drafting experiencewould be a significant advantage.
**Role Overview**:
- Collaborate with our design team to produce detailed drawings and plans for interior design, joinery, and fit-out projects.
- Utilize your expertise in CAD software to create accurate and visually appealing drafts.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of each project.
- Work closely with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Experience in interior design, joinery,
or fit-out drafting.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Landscape drafting experience would be a definite plus.
**Education and Technical Skills**:
- Degree or Diploma: A formal education in drafting, architecture, interior design, or a related field is often preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD Software: Mastery in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar programs used for creating technical drawings and blueprints.
- Understanding of Design Principles: Familiarity with interior design concepts and principles to accurately translate designer’s concepts into technical plans.
- Knowledge of Building Codes: Awareness of local building codes and regulations to ensure designs comply with legal requirements.
- Knowledge of 3D Modeling: Understanding or experience in 3D modeling software to create visual representations of designs.
- Familiarity with Materials: Basic knowledge of materials, finishes,
and construction methods used in interior design to accurately represent them in drawings.
**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
