As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand our market presence.





You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective business development plans.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Opportunity Identification**:

- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market analysis and competitor research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Generate leads and create a pipeline of prospective clients through various channels.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business and partnerships.
- Address client inquiries, provide solutions, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and optimize business development efforts.






- Monitor and report on business development performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- **Proposal and Contract Management**:

- Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure that all proposals and contracts meet company standards and client requirements.
- Follow up on proposal submissions and manage the contract approval process.
- **Market Expansion**:

- Explore and identify new markets and business opportunities to drive expansion.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
- **Collaboration and Reporting**:







- Work closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business development initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on business development activities, progress, and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of business development strategies, sales techniques, and market analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A proactive and results-driven approach with a passion for achieving targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:







- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in Leisure Industry is a plus.
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
