**What will you do?**
- Work in a secondary department that combines professional customer service and an active search for new opportunities.
- Conduct consultations with clients on the sale, purchase and lease of real estate.
- Search and analysis of available properties on the market that meet the needs of clients.
- Organizing and conducting property viewings.
- Negotiating, negotiating conditions and preparing contracts with clients.
- Active use of marketing tools to attract potential customers.







**If you**:

- Have at least 1 year experience as a real estate broker in the secondary market in Dubai
- Know the real estate market in Dubai and its characteristics.
- Possess communication and persuasion skills.
- Know processes of transactions and documentation.
- Ambitious and have a desire to achieve high results.
- Ready to work in a dynamic environment and meet targets.
- Good command of English.
