**Position**: Full-time Female Basketball Coach

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft and roll out training programs tailored for players spanning various skill levels.
- Oversee the Extra Curricular Activities program during school hours.
- Lead the Basketball Academy sessions,





scheduled for after school hours and weekends.
- Appraise players' skills, provide constructive feedback, and monitor ongoing progress.
- Convene and guide team meetings and formulate strategies.
- Uphold and promote the professional image of Team Sports Services at all events and interactions.
- Strict adherence to all safety guidelines and protocols during training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with fellow coaches, team members, and other stakeholders to guarantee seamless operations.
- Stay abreast with contemporary coaching methodologies and techniques through continuous learning.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Mandatory possession of the relevant coaching accreditation.
- Previous coaching experience or a related background would be advantageous.
- Robust leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility in working hours, accommodating school timings, post-school sessions, and weekends.
- Profound understanding of basketball rules, techniques,





and best practices.
- Should be able to work with determination children's.
