Job Summary:
Orient Insurance PJSC, a leading insurance provider in the UAE, is seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Advisor with a primary focus on Life Insurance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on life insurance policies, assisting clients in securing their financial future, and achieving individual sales targets. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized life insurance advice to clients,
understanding their financial goals and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Educate clients on life insurance products, including term life, whole life, and unit-linked policies with investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering ongoing support and policy reviews.
- Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and company-provided resources.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, company products, and regulatory changes.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Insurance Advisor, Financial Consultant, or in a similar sales-driven role (experience in Life Insurance is highly preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms.
- Excellent customer service skills with a client-first mindset.
- Highly motivated and results-driven,
with a passion for helping clients secure their future.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the UAE insurance market is a plus.
- Fluency in English.
