Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT software sales, with a proven ability to drive business growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT software sector.
- Proactively engage with potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research to generate leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the value proposition of Gligx’s IT software solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop proposals tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring the successful sale of IT software and web solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Represent Gligx at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in IT software sales or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of the IT software industry and client needs.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
