Full job description
- Manage company website on a daily basis, update and handle the traffic and maintenance.
- Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and networking events.
- Contact and qualify leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication methods.
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects for future reference.
- Collaborate with sales team to develop effective lead generation strategies.
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for lead generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and clients.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects to meet deadlines.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital media inquiries, manage and respond to requests in a timely, professional manner
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Analyze the overall project presence and constantly regulate the process to increase the quantity of leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices, keeping abreast of new technologies and developments.
- Research and compile data on target audiences, competitors, and market conditions to inform strategies.
- Develop and implement creative content calendars across all digital channels, including website, blog, social media, and email marketing.
- Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage and oversee various digital marketing channels.
- Lead Generation Campaigns for New Developments
- Ensure that the CRM system delivers sales leads in a timely manner to the sales channel.
- Increase the number of qualified inquiries who respond to the company’s promotional efforts by recommending techniques.
- Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Oversee all the company's social media accounts.
- Suggest activities for improving the quality of online content.
- Track and measure SEO and Google Analytics metrics and provide reports.
- Build an inbound marketing plan.
- Research and forecast future sales and performance trends.
- Research competitors and provide suggestions for improvement.
